The evening checkout was a thoughtful gesture as we had a lengthy stay. the reception staff could use some training in customer engagement as they seemed indifferent at times. While the gym facilities were excellent, including diverse programs, I found the laundry service lacking in efficiency, which was frustrating. I had some items misplaced and the resolution took much longer than it should have, disrupting my plans significantly. The restaurant's menu felt limited, which was a letdown since I preferred dining in after a long day.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues. The reception staff often seemed indifferent, which made check-in quite frustrating. the Wi-Fi connection was erratic, causing numerous reconnections as I moved around the hotel. I was disappointed to find limited breakfast options and a lack of variety in the television channels, which detracted from my overall experience.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 3 nights and really enjoyed the comfy bed and the steam shower was fab! The heated pool was great since it rained a lot while I was there. Plus, the gym and sauna were free to use, which was a nice bonus. The old style bathtub was cool too, I loved having both shower and bath options.

I had a lovely, quiet night with a comfy bed and a clean room. The staff were welcoming and truly went out of their way to assist. I enjoyed the gym facilities, especially the diverse aerobics classes they offered. the breakfast options could use improvement as I found the variety quite limited.
